Several weeks ago our company, a commercial cleaning and cleaning service provider, received a request for a cleaning quote from a local fast food franchise. Our salesman was shocked: he had never seen a fast food place that was interested in night cleaning. Our company had done floor finishing, carpet cleaning, kitchen detail work and the like for restaurants, but night cleaning is usually done in-house as part of the restaurant employee's closing duties.
